B&A helps clients respond to new challenges in managing cost-effective maintenance programs.

Training on Facilities Maintenance
The cost of maintaining facilities has grown dramatically over the past few years due to factors related to energy conservation, building management systems (BMS) and other new developments.

In response to this trend, we can analyze a client's maintenance program and costs, then develop training to optimize productivity on the tasks that count, thus reducing maintenance expenses.

Today's Technician
Another trend is related to the role of the facilities maintenance staff. Yesterday's jack of all trades must be a technician today. Computer skills and a solid understanding of electrical, environmental and code requirements are essential for today's technician.

We offer training services to help clients bridge the gap between traditional crafts and the new technology.
